Default Engine bay wiring help for k swap

Hey guys I have a 1989 civic ef hatchback, new to all this stuff, recently bought a k20 & removed my old motor & trans, pretty competent on everything with the swap but am totally lost with all the wires, guy I bought it from butchered the wiring, I’m currently prepping the engine bay & for the life of me can’t find a video or forum that shows exactly what wires I salvage or toss, I removed the entire engine harness but have some photos on which I’m complete lost about any help is much appreciated. I just need to know which wires or harness I should keep or cut & take out. Also do I keep the original throttle cable? Thanks guys.

Drives side, where I unplugged harness from do I need to keep this female adapter piece?

This is the oem throttle cable do I keep this? & this other one was attached to a bracket near transmission not gonna lie don’t know what it is? Do I keep it or what?

Passenger side harness which intertwines with light harness, what do I keep? It also goes through firewall which are my oem harness which connects to my oem ecu
