2012 CRV Cleaned TB, reset TPS and PCM with Foxwell NT710 now shifts are off…
Hey gang, I’ve got a bit of an issue. I cleaned the throttle body on my 2012 CRV - afterwards I used my foxwell NT710 to reset TPS AND PCM, and let the car idle for 15 minutes. Ever since I have unusual shifting behavior. The car shifts perfect sometimes and sometimes if hangs on to 1st gear a little too long and has harder than usual shifts from 2-3 (sometimes). I am wondering if I missed a step. The car seems to idle and run fine but I do occasionally notice some surging under throttle. Mainly the issue is related to these unusual shifts which feel like incorrect shift pressures/timing. I did not perform a CKP relearn after resetting the PCM. Nor did I “jump the scs” as is instructed in the manual.
Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance!
