Wassup guys new here so I need your help my 2000 Honda accord has gotten state ref in California now she is back to stock with the original motor that came out the car f23a1 original cats and ecu so I sent prof to the state ref and now they want me to provide the CAL ID/CVN I went to all the shops they recommended and guess what! No help! Figure I also went to multiple smog shops nothing same results when I hook up the obd2 scanner tool all monitors are ready to pass but the only thing is my vin# and cvn# say not supported.

I need your help to try and see if anyone else been there and can help me get this resolved and can I just use another 00-03 ecu just get the key immobilized program hopefully the cvn/calid show then with another ecu that’s my only option I can think of thanks agian 🙏 .
