Hello, I am adding some factory fog lights to my 2003 Honda Civic. I found an OEM fog light switch that should work (although I am unsure it came from a Civic, or another early to mid 2000s Honda).
I have discovered the back light (illumination) bulb and the green indicator light bulb are both burned out. I haven't had any luck finding the part numbers for the bulbs or a diagram showing them.
Does anyone know the part numbers for these bulbs?

I don't know the Honda #, however, if I were you, I would replace them with LEDs. The short one is a T3 or T3.5 base. The long one is a T5 base dashboard light. I've upgraded all of my wife's 2001 Civic interior and instrument panel lights to green LEDs and it looks pretty badass with the Clover Green Pearl body paint. I'm citing the lamp sizes from memory. If not exact, it will give you a good start. BTW, LED bulbs are usually polarized. They have to be inserted correctly. If they don't work at first, take them out, turn them around and reinsert them. I hope this helps.
