Default Flywheel replacement

I have my flywheel off as part of a clutch replacement and gave it a quick spin with a 120 grit roloc disc. There's still some blue and I can't for the life of me get the three dowels out to evenly resurface the raised outer step. I've tried a pry bar under vise grips with liquid sandpaper for grit, and pounding a claw hammer sideways to grip and pull, with no results. No machine shops in my area grind these--they used to but the equipment hasn't been used in years and no one will do it. At this point I'm considering replacing it which is what the service manual recommends anyways. Does anyone know the original manufacturer of these? I purchased a replacement Exedy clutch kit, but it appears they stopped making flywheels for Honda in the nineties.

Update: I did locate Exedy part number FWHDC02FF which lists as matching for gen 7. It's confusing because when you go to Exedy's website and specify Honda Civic, they only give you 1995-1998 to choose from. I ran across this part number on a third party website and searched for it on Exedy's, and sure enough it's there, buried.
