1996 Honda Accord ECU capacitor question
Hello all, I have a 1996 Honda Accord autoThe ECU is p0h-L51.
Has obd2 hookup behind ashtray.
Car won't start until cel light goes out. Sometimes it's right away, other times it's a few minutes (1-5) or not at all. (Gave up)
Did Replaced main relay & still all signs point to ECU like most posts I've read. Board looks great, compared to images I've seen.No leaking visible, no bulges visible but that's tough to see on any electronic unless it's misshapen next to another for comparison.
I did remove it & cleaned some brown spots near one capacitor with 99% alcohol & it fired right up. Then back to same old issues the next day.
I would like to replace the capacitors rather than buy another used or new ECU.
So here's where the problem is, when looking up any capacitors or cap kits I only find 1995 civic capacitors kit /or obd1 capacitors.
So My question lies in, anyone know if I can use the capacitors seen all over the Web labeled for obd1? (95civic) Or do I need to remove them & identify each one & buy accordingly?
If so, where can I buy singles of any capacitors / resisters, etc?
Thank you. Appreciate y'all reading & any that help shed light on this for me.

I repaired a 1996 Toyota ECU, by matching the numbers on the capacitors to new ones, and bought them from here: https://www.digikey.com/

Also https://www.mouser.com/ is another place to get them, if the first doesn't have what you need.
