Default SOHC ZC cam work in Z6 head?

I happen to have both a SOHC ZC cam shaft, and a D16Z6 head missing the cam. I have heard the ZC cam is more aggressive than the Z6. Im not too sure if this is correct but would the swap be possible and as straight forward as putting it in and torquing it down? Would there maybe be timing issues or fuel ratio problems? I’m new to Hondas.

If the SOHC ZC cylinder head was a VTEC one... then yes, the cam will fit the Z6 cylinder head. I am unsure as to the differences between the ZC and Z6 cams, but assuming that the ZC cam will make more power, then you will need to tune the engine. Your factory ECU doesn't know that you swapped the cam... and if it makes more power than stock, the engine will run leaner... and this is potentially dangerous to the engine.
