Default Breaks Sqeek.

It finished raining in nyc like over the weekend. For some odd reason my breaks sqeek. I believe its coming from the drum break. It always does this for like a week. Everytime it rains.. if I spray the drum with water(when I clean my rims) there fine. After a few hours it sqeeks again. I put the e-brake on and take it off the e-brake its fine. I step on the breaks and it doesnt sqeek. After a few times applying the break it sqeeks again. I know I dont need new breaks but can someone tell me why the hell it does that?? Its really starting to annoy me. Pleaase post any helpful info. THANKS!

i think its coming from the drum. I recently had my brakes changed i dont see why it could be the pads themselves? Could it be something else?

the only thing i can see is that your brake shoe/drum clearance is too thin...in other words, your shoe is touching the drum constantly, therefore letting out a squeek...open up your drums and re-adjust your drums with the star-wheel so that you can literally spin the drum on the shoes with very little contact
