Possessed Radio
Yes. My radio is possessed.
All connections wired/bluetooth/wireless removed.
The radio will intermittently, sorry best what I can explain it is, do stuff on its own. Auto selects the clock, then auto selects FM radio, says no phone connected, auto connects SXM which I have not subscribed to ..
I have already done a factory reset .. same stuff !!
Any ideas ?

several things you could do...
1- call an exorcist....
2- as much as you may not want to hear this, you may have to replace the audio unit. not the screen, but the box attached to the back of it. The reman units from Honda aren't ridiculously priced.
3- have the dealer do an internal self diagnostics and test the touch screen part to make sure the touch screen isn't doing something goofy. I have seen these units get subjected to too much static electricity and start acting very strange.

Figured that.
One thing I haven't tried .. dont think it will make a difference is to disconnect the battery.
Sigh ... replacement mean interior wiggles and jiggles 😞
