I have a 2002 Accord with the V6 that just started to run rough. I have a bluedriver code reader and it brought up P0401 EGR System Leak, P0301, and P0306 Misfire in cylinders 1 and 6. I took off the EGR and cleaned it of carbon and replaced it with a new gasket. Cleared the codes and then got P0300, Randon/Multiple Cylinder Misfire. The car has 240,000 miles and I changed the plugs at 205,000. Any suggestions on what to try next?

 

Well, I ended up buying a set of ignition coils and replaced all 6. Problem solved.
