Default Honda accord 2013 deal, should I buy it?

I live in Canada, Montreal. My neighboor is selling his Accord with 260 000 km and made me test drive it. Nothing bad to say, its powerful even if its not a V6, there is no check engine light, car was always well maintenaid to the dealership with receipt to prove it, is the only owner since he bought it new. Comes with summer/winter tires on rims and mags. He said that 60-70% of his kilometers was highway due to his job.

Minor defects are a valve cover gasket leak and some rust on the sides under the doors. The windshield has a a noticible crack on the passenger side but does not affect the driving vision at all. Beside that, I cant find any other problem. His offer is 5000$ CAN.

I currently have an Acura EL 2001 Premium (luxuary Honda civic only made in Canada), had it for 6 years now, love it for the low gas mileage and for the cheap price I paid on it. I changed my automatic transmission its been 4 months now cause it totally failed and I know those years of Honda civic is the worst for auto transmission, so I know its eventually going to fail again. The original tranny lasted to 225k km and the used one they changed has 155k on it. It might failed way before 200k , who knows. I just know this car is a ticking bomb. I used it mainly for riding it , I work from home but need it to cruise around the city and also doing food delivery on the week ends.

What yall think?

I just bought Accord 2013 Touring and happy with. Yes, the mileage is only 125K but my previous Hondas served me great. I owned Sport 2015 (lost in the accident recently) with 185K on the odometer, and Accord 2008 with 287K when it was sold in perfect condition. Never had any serious problem with both. So, with Honda reputation and good one owner care you can buy with a confidence.
