Recently bought an 03 civic ex. Had to replace the battery and the ecm and immobilizer. Was able to get the car running today and when I went to check the ac and heat nothing switched on. Turning the ***** did nothing and pushing the buttons did nothing. The buttons didn’t light up. All fuses are good. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do next?

 

You need a multi tester to see what has power/ground and what don't when it's supposed to , there should have been a ground from the neg. batt terminal , look for tarnish on any fuse tangs
