My 03 Honda Civic Hybrid with automatic transmission was running perfectly fine. Then I went to drive to work, the car wouldn't shift out of first gear. I noticed that my speedometer wasn't working and the indicator light for Drive (D) was not lit up. It wouldn't light up in Sport (S) or Low (L). However Park (P) Neutral (N) and Reverse (R) lit up just fine.
check engine lit and obd2 scan reading P1655 and will not clear.
All fluid levels were checked and fine. Car had two owners always maintained.
I know it's got to be a wiring issue or ECU PCM issue. But any ideas how to fix it?
