Apologize for not good English.

My car is Honda Prelude 2001 (5th gen), H22A enigne.

I just swap auto to manual transmission and do engine upgrade (high comp piston, throttle, exhaust etc).

Please advise what ECU to use to tuning the engine (now using stock ECU).

Type S pistons and some catback doesnt necessarily require ecu tuning for example

now piston is 11:1

my friend has greddy emu for sale

but mechanic/tuner tells me better to use standalone

 

make your tuner to put wideband lambda there to see is your AF ratio off. Thats tells you do you even need any tuning/aftermarket ecu solution

aftermarket intake pipe is usually downgrade from stock since short rams just suck warm air from enginebay
