2016 Accord heater fan noise
There seems to be a rattling noise on the drivers side that stops when I turn off the fan. I changed the cabin filter under glove box but sounds doesn't sound like it is coming from there.
Your AC fan could have sucked up a Kleenex, or tree leaves or I've even seen mouse nests. Sometimes the bearing go out, but its more of a squeal, or high pitch, not rattling.
Most hondas I've worked on have two or three screws for a cover over the fan, then three screws on the fan and a plug that have to be removed.
I need to do this for my sisters pilot, as she has kids that keep putting Kleenex where the recirculate air input on the floor board is.

On her pilot there were two fans. The one under the dash sucked up the Kleenex, the one in the center console for the rear AC had to be replaced due to a bad bearing.
I do not know what the accord has for its AC.
There are cheap borescope cameras that you can buy off Ebay for $5 that will hook up to your computer, tablet or phone. You can snake them down one of the ac vents to check for debris, or even run one in your dash to see if you can locate the rattle.
