What are the official start-up and warm idle speeds? Apologies if the answer is in an existing thread. I searched the forums, but didn't find them.

Pretty sure cold start idle will depend on how cold it is outside but somewhere around 1100-1500 RPM initially, then it will drop. Warm idle in park foot off the brake should be 700-800.

I replaced the throttle body, and mileage dropped from combined average of 26-27 to 21-24. Thought it might be idle issue, which feels higher that what I remember. Any thoughts on causes of mileage drop after replacing a throttle body?

 

I would try a new air filter first. You may need to reset the throttle position sensor with a bidirectional scan tool. I would check the fuel trims with it too.
