Icon4 1989 honda civic DX crank no start (starts on starter fluid)

Picked up this old civic from a buddy it cranks but no start unless i spray a bit of starter fluid into the intake than it starts for 1 second than dies, keep in mind (its been sitting for 5 years inside). I started this project when the car didn't even crank and had a bad fuel pump sooooo i replaced the main relay to a conversion kit with a new relay, changed the fuel pump, installed a new ignition and now still working on the fuel filter but i have yet to change that. I've also checked all the fuses although the fuse box in the engine bay has continuity on every single lead not sure if that's an issue but thought i would put it in anyways. Really looking for any ideas on what the issue could be please let me know.

Parts i used
