Default 1993 Honda del Sol blinker issue

I've got a problem with my driver side front turn signal for some reason the back one hyper flashes and the front one doesn't come on at all unless the headlights are on and then it's just straight up on like a parking light but the other side works just fine. Note here it doesn't flash either when the hazard lights are on..

Default New here and could sure use some help with my blinkers

I I purchased a 93 Honda del Sol here recently going through I guess my midlife crisis and I've come across some issues with this car the front driver side blinker is not working properly matter of fact it doesn't blink it up while the rear one hyper flashes the right side works just fine even when the emergency flashers are on the driver side front doesn't Flash the only time that light ever comes on is when the headlights are on the parking lights and then it's just on not blinking type located the blinker relay under the dash and I can feel it blinking extremely fast but upon inspection could see absolutely nothing wrong with the circuitry in it so I'm assuming that's not the issue. My Hope Is that somebody here has run into this problem before and has a little insight to help me out which you're appreciate it and thank you in advance. By the way it's nice to meet you all.

Swap the bulb from the front left side to the front right side... if the problem moves, then you have a bad bulb. If the "Known Good" right side bulb fails to function properly in the driver front left location... then you have a wiring problem. Remember that the bulb is a dual filament bulb... a flasher circuit and a parking light circuit. There will be two contacts on the bottom.

Thank you much for responding. Yes I tried that first. Everything still the same. I looked up diagram on line an and looks like I may be able to run wire from back to front. Would that be an option?
