Hello, I have a 2004 Civic LX that has a screaming/loud whine noise coming from the power steering pump ONLY on cold startups around 60° and under. It only lasts a second or two but as it gets colder such as down into the 30°s the whine/scream stays for a longer amount of time, sometimes up to around 10-15 seconds. Other than that it has a very quiet whine when just idling. I have new belts installed, a new pressure line was installed due to a leak I had. Any idea if the power steering pump itself is bad or possibly there is an oring or something that could be bad? Thank you all for any help!
