2.2 VTEC cold start 1800rpm idle??

2.2 VTEC cold start 1800rpm idle??
Cold starts and idles at 1800rpm u til warmed up. Then stumbles a bit at around 800. (Pretty sure I have a misfire)
I'm going to go down the list on potential reasons this is happening. Please let me know if I am missing anything.
Egr valve and ports
fast idle thermo valve
Idle control valve
Idle adjustment screw
VAcuum leaks
