Does anyone know of the front bulkhead can be unbolted and swapped or are there welds as well?

 

Front bulkheads are generally welded on. Removal usually is drilling holes at the spot weld nuggets, and cutting and prying off the front bulkhead.

 

Just picked up a sedan with some issues getting things to line up (bumper, headlights, corner markers, hood) and was thinking this might fix those issues.

Junkyard has a few I could pull a straight bulkhead off of.
