Accord has been sitting without running for about 9 months due to a sunroof leaking issue. Recently removed the dash to address the issue and I feel confident that I have reinstalled all of the wiring harnesses correctly. Now when I crank the car, the idle surges in park or neutral. Once in drive or reverse surge goes away. As a secondary issue the turn signals aren't working. I am double checking connections but everything looks right. Any thoughts?
