EG - whirring noise - A/C

EG - whirring noise - A/C
Hi guys,
My beloved EG is making a whirring noise when I turn on the A/C and when I turn it off. Noise is from the bay and not inside. Would rather fix this sooner than later as the summer is coming and don't want to be caught without A/C.
