I have a 97 del sol auto chassis with a b16a3 manual swap. I have it running with a stock b16a3 ecu p30-a00 and an obd2a to obd1 jumper harness. Im getting code 14 iacv. It idles very low. I tried running the 2 wires from the iacv with one directly to the positive battery terminal and the other directly to a9 going into the ecu. Can anyone confirm if this would be correct. Now the idle fluctuates u and down and the cel is solid.
