Default Early 2000s MacStrut full travel

What might limit travel before my new coilovers? They're built to stock +/-2" for my EP3 but I think all Civics, CRVs & Elements of that era have the same OEM setup. Would any of the adjustable bushings for lowering help with lifting?

I bought all the stuff for lowering before I found these coilovers so if I could get advice on using any of that or any other adjustable bushings I'd REALLY appreciate it.

These flca bushings for instance:

flca bushing kit "adds +0.5deg caster... improve cornering grip & vehicle straight line stability through increased static caster & dynamic camber gain. " Looks like they would pivot the lwr balljoint forward.
