Default P0302 check engine

Alright so I’m having trouble finding this misfire this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue but since I’ve changed the timing belt and made sure all marks were aligned it’s still misfiring just now replaced distributor spark plug and boots and I swapped an injector over to cylinder 3 and still same issue now my question is could it be a valve that is burnt or I should adjust my valve leash. Also more info I have ran a compression test and leak down test compression read at 180 and leak down was also good can’t remember the exact number but everything seems about right unless I’m doing something that’s very simple and I haven’t done
