Just bought 2006 Honda Accord. The horn, ceiling lights, cigarette lighters, and radio don't work. Former owner's mechanic said no bad fuses but one auxiliary fuse was missing that he plugged in. Above-mentioned components still don't work, though. What's most probable cause of this issue besides bad fuses? How costly is it to fix most probable issues?
