2007 Ridgeline codes p0171 & p0174
Hello,
Ok I've been chasing the lovely lean codes for a while now and have now come to the end of my knowledge on what to do ( without taking apart the motor ).
At first I had random misfires and an evap system codes, did a valve adjustment that cleared the misfires, and swapped out the charcoal filter and that fixed the evap code.
I put new spark plugs in, and new valve cover gaskets and also new spark plug well gaskets. everything was looking good and then the lean codes popped up.
I checked for air leaks. didn't see anything, I swapped out all new fuel injectors (factory), all new intake manifold gaskets and plenum gaskets, new purge valve, maf sensor, pcv ( all factory ), new egr, O2 sensors, cat's and exhaust gaskets.
Took it to my local mechanic, only thing he could see was maybe the timing belt, so I did the whole kit, belt, water pump, pullies and tensioner. then I had my mechanic do a valve adjustment.
The engine runs slightly rough at cold start but then is starts and runs fine when its warm, not sure what to do at this point besides opening her up.
what would be your suggestion on my situation at this time?

I couldn't figure out what the problem was until I took out the motor and took her completely apart. I'm not saying this is your problem and I hope it's not, but after take her apart I found 5 of 6 cylinder walls scratched pretty bad to the point I couldn't hone them. Sorry I could be much help with this, I am now in the market of getting a new motor.
