Finding tdc balance shaft
So I’ve been trying to do this timing belt for the last 2 days my question is there any way to know if the front balance shaft is tdc cause I’m pretty sure I’ve got everything else at tdc

I had everything put back together before and it came up with a misfire took it all apart again today and yet again misfire even though from what I can tell everything is at tdc
