Default Complete loss of power in Civic 2014

Twice in the past two weeks I've gone to start my 2014 Civic and it is as dead as a doornail. Complete loss of power - even the door locks, overhead lights, etc. have no power. I've gotten a jump and driven it to the local Honda dealer, but both times they are stumped. They checked for a dead battery cell and overall condition of the battery but the battery sees fine. I'm not sure what else they've tested for but they say every time they try to start it up there isn't a problem. So at this time, it's intermittent. I'm afraid to drive it anywhere because I might get stuck. Ideas? What could they check even though the car is starting for them? Thanks so much.

If you gotten a jump and it started; and the battery seems okay at this point, then there may be something causing excessive parasitic draw when the car is off.

Thank you. The time interval between the two power loss occurrences was about a week. Does that help your insight in any way?

The dealer or a mechanic can do a parasitic draw test.
