2004 Honda accord 3.0 v6 LX
I have a check engine light on. I forget the code #, but it is low input voltage to the TPS. The car would go into limp mode (and the TCS and ! lights would come on) after about 20 - 30 min of driving, or sooner if I turned the car on and off a few times. Every time I have measured the input voltage at the sensor it is exactly 5v. Output voltage it 0.5v with the throttle assembly closed and 4.5v open. All exactly what they should be.

I replaced the TPS and the ECM, no change.

I replaced the positive and negative battery cables. The car has not gone into limp mode since, but the check engine light is still on and I am getting the same code.

I don't know what else to do and the car needs inspected soon.

Also I cleaned the throttle assembly but I did not take it off to clean it, it wasn't very dirty. I plan to take it off to clean it more thoroughly, and also clean the EGR valve.
