Default Delsol ECU identification

I have 2 ecus, they are supposed to be for the automatic transmission honda delsol JDM 15 vtec d15b.
but upon inspection one of them seems to have a chip that the other one does not have.

Can any one help identify if they are for an auto JDM?
(i know that one of them has burnt capacitors)

Plug it in and see if you get an auto lock up cel. If not then it's auto.

The replacement chip was a factory update and is nothing to be concerned about. Both ECU's pictured above have devices soldered on the board for both VTEC and automatic shift/lockup solenoids (row of 4 devices in the top right of the picture), so they should be auto ECU's.
