Default Honda civic 2006 Green light flashing on Dashboard

I have a 2006 Honda civic, had some repairs done on power steering pressure line to stop leakage. Tried starting the car but noticed continuous green key light flashing on dashboard, the car later started but not anymore... green light persist. Car will start severally in the morning but as soon as I drive into driveway and park for other activities, starting will be a major issue with continous green light flashing on dashboard.. pls I need technical advice. Can someone help with some advice?

The green key light on the instrument cluster is a security device and when it is flashing, the engine will not start... basically, what it means is that the key is not recognized by the immobilizer system... be it an intermittent failure or immobilizer ring/ECU failure. If any of these three items are replaced, the ECU must be programmed to recognize all and sync them appropriately.
