Default Help / Advice — Repeating Ticking/Clicking Noise whn turning

** First things First Car hasn’t been maintained **

I’m getting a repeating ticking/clicking noise when making U-turn or hard turn at slow speeds.. I think it’s the CV Joint but not 100% because I believe the lower control arm bushing is bad. Any suggestions?

If is the Cv Joint (right) is it best to replace both sides or not necessary? Also while car is apart should I just replace the Front End (Low control arm, sway bar bushing, stabilizer links & Outter Tie-Rods:considering those parts are fairly inexpensive and easy to change)??

Any suggestions/ advice/ comments/ knowledge is greatly appreciated..

Thankyou ,
