I was thinking about doing a head swap on my F22B. What factory head will fit and has the best flow?

 

F22Ax heads will bolt on, but I'm pretty certain your F22B manifolds will not bolt up. F22Ax and H23 non-vtec manifolds would work as solutions. H2K adapter plate would allow K-series manifolds to run on these heads.

any H-series head should bolt on to that block. This thread has good details on that.
