The headlight on the right side no longer works, both bulbs were good both relays are good and both fuses are good., so I am wondering what else would they have in common. The left side is working fine.

Both the high beam and low beam quit at the same time., so I'm thinking that corrosion at the socket was unlikely.. I don't get voltage at the socket, but I can't be sure if my probes are making contact. I don't really want to start working on my wiring this time of the year as I would be doing it outdoor. I'm now wondering if the switch on the column has separate contact for the left and right bulbs. If not them the problem is most likely the wiring,

What I am wondering is what does the low beam and high beam have in common ,yet separate from left and right , other than relay, fuses, bulbs and wiring.
