I have a 2001 Honda accord. Crank no start, just had the top end rebuilt. The whole electrical system is brand new, getting gas to the rail, getting air, I believe it’s not getting spark but the distributor and spark plugs and wires are brand new. I got a check engine light with no codes. Ecu is communicating just not presenting any codes. Only other thing I suspect is that theres rust on the started signal wire pin. The signal wire connecter is good. Question is could the rust on the pin of the starter prevent signal to the distributor? Can anyone confirm the rust idea? Or does anyone have any other solutions or suggestions?
