Hello, I just got my first car 5 months ago and it's a 1998 Honda Civic EX. I'm 18 and I'm just now getting into car scene and have done some things like a cold air intake install, replacing the valve cover gasket, and a apple carplay head unit (learned from youtube videos) though there's one issue I've recently run into. My car has been cranking a lot longer than normal, it isn't anything crazy like 2 to 6 minutes though it's noticeably longer than when I first got the car. Not only that the car tends to sometimes have a light smell of gas when I'm driving sometimes. can anyone help me figure out what's wrong?
