SRS light is on
I bought a 2000 Honda Accord with the SRS light on. I found out the code is 10-4 which says the front passenger airbag is deployed but it actually is not. How do I go about clearing the code or troubleshooting the problem. I have tried to clear the code already using the small jumper wire to no avail.

I recently replaced radiator on my 97 Honda Accord(3 weeks back) and we had a sub zero temperature couple weeks back. My car was sitting on the driveway for almost 2 weeks, though it started after few cranks, I notice SRS light is on and not going away(Not sure if it started after I replaced the radiator, can't imagine how that would cause SRS light to come on). When my son drove the car to school, on the way back the car did not start. He got it jump started and came back home. The temperature is around 35F and car starts fine but the SRS light is not turning off. Autozone scanner can't find any codes and they tell me to take it to a shop. Is there anything I can check? I am sure I did not disturb any SRS wiring behind the dash, so how did it suddenly pop up? Or is it because SRS units have a fixed life time?
Update: I suspect the driver side seat belt latch is bad. I understand seat belts are covered for the useful life of the car(not sure that useful means), so planning to take it to the dealer.
Update.... Dealer says scanner says SRS control unit is bad and also seat belt buckle. I just got seat belt buckle replaced under seat belt lifetime warranty, the tech erased the code, as of now, no SRS light!
