Default F22B1 ODBII to H23A Vtec

Hello ladies and gentlemen, first time making a post here. A very original post I’m sure (sarcasm). But I’m having some difficulties figuring out what I should do for my F22B1 to H23A vtec swap. As far as I’ve learned I’ll be reusing most of my F22 sensors and having to wire in a knock sensor and what not. What I’m truly struggling with is most of the guides I’ve read are on the 94 to 95 wiring harnesses. As far as I’ve read that’s the ODBI harnesses and past that is ODBIIa. Which brings me to my question, can I use a F22B1 ODBII Dizzy on the H23? The connector on H22 Dizzys are completely different from the 5 pin I have, unless there is a connector deeper in the harness. And if not how would I go about making a USDM H22 dizzy plug in? Sorry if I need to clarify further I’ve been melting my brain over this for a bit

Hello,
New here too, sorry I can't help quite new to cars too. I am about to do a similar swap from H23A non-vtec to H23A vtec.
Which ECU do you recomend for 4th gen lude? P13 or Hondata? Do I have to change from OBD1 to OB2?
Thanks!

personally for an ECU I’m going to run a P72 with hondata s300 v3 on it, and I figured out what I have to do, you’ll take an H22 dizzy and wire up an external coil, then take the TDC and CKP sensors and a USDM oil pump cover and slap it on, not sure if I need a USDM oil pump, but I would assume not since it just an impeller driven by a belt. Though I’m sure someone will correct me.
and if you’re already ODBI I’m pretty sure that simplifying the wiring, just take your current dizzy and slap it on assuming it has the TDC CKP and CYP sensors in it.

Thanks for the advice. My transmission is Manual so I don't know if P72 is the best way to go for me

assuming you’re going to use a USDM ecu I thought the P72 only came with a 5 speed here in the states
