Default Lifter noise/loss of power/stalling/overheating

What’s up yall ima just start by saying 99% sure this motor is blown but trying this anyway.. 2004 EM2 manual driving down the highway car starts bogging let the throttle go completely stalls out. Pulled over went to start it and I had an oil light and lifters knocking.. (NO OIL LEAK!, checked the pan thought I hit something no oil leaks anywhere) Got oil in it started it minor lifter click.. 3 days later driving to work car starts bogging down till it stalls out and it was overheating. (No visible leaks I was on fresh snow when I pulled over and no puddles nothing) Trying to give it gas before it stalled and loud slaps coming from motor. Any idea what direction I should take ? Thanks
