Default poor heat

1995 civic lx,5 sp 436k, My heater blows cool to warm air. So far I have replaced the water pump. thermostat (180) flushed the heater core forward and backward, blocked off the radiator about half way. and yet the vent temps are only 125-130f The temp gauge goes to a tick below half way, the cooling fan works fine, the radiator gets hot. I tested the therrmostat before I installed it (good) and bled the system.
Now Im not looking to be sitting in the car at 0f in a speedo, I just want to be half way warm.
Any ideas as to what I'm missing. I realize the D15b7 runs cool, but jeesh this is cold

Unless you have a cabin filter retrofit, you probably have 30 years of crap blocking flow into the heater core, like I did: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-.../#post52338009

Ill let you know, currnetly have the heater blower out, and hitting that area with compressed air just to move whatever crud is in there

well its not any warmer, still 130f but Im feeling heat sooner. Before I could not feel heat until the engine was almost completely warmed up. Now Im feeling it when the gauge is at the first mark, so I guess thats an improvement
