Dent in 07 Civic Trunk

Just wondering if anyone can quote a fix for my dent in the trunk? it’s in a weird spot and looks like it has rusted as well. No impairment in opening or closing the trunk!

It will be faster and cheaper to find a trunk lid of the same color in a wrecking yard and swap it.
