Cranks will not Start no fuel pump prime,no odb to scan tool,goes out of park without foot on brake, check engine light stays on.then it will start after a while and run fine for a while then the same Blows me away what can be wrong pulling my Bald Hair Out Help Please.Thank You new to this hope I did this right.

Not priming fuel pump, obviously fuel pump problem.

 

Would that make the odb port moot scan when you hook up to port there is no nothing when you turn the key on it like doesn't get hyo the ECU then when play with the key ,gears P.N,D when it does fix it self cel goes out pump primes the odb will work no code and run fine and start for awhile then the same then I do the same key gears then it will start and run till the next time it's so weird.it's my first Accord and Honda.the thing that gets me is odb not working,take out of gear with no foot on brake,cel stays on,no pump prime,and it cranks like a bat out of hell.then wam all is back to normal till next time.so fuel pump you think would it work just fine when it not doing it's thing yhst is what Blow me Away.
