Default 1994 Honda Accord LX 10 mph

I have a 1994 Honda Accord that's getting horrible fuel economy. It sat for roughly 6 months while I was waiting on parts to put it back together. After I got it running again it had a little rough start but then ran fine. After a long run I noticed it was going through fuel at an alarming rate. 7.5 to 14 MPG before it was parked it got 25 to 30 mpg. I know for a fact it has a bad vehicle speed sensor. And before you say we are tracking the distance to calculate MPG away from the odometer. The only other thing noted is a smell of gas when the car is first started then it goes away. There is also some white smoke out the tailpipe after the car has been idling for a while. Much like you would see with a failing injector on a diesel. The smoke smells of Rich fuel. Not the sweet smell you would get with a blown head gasket. The engine bay fuel filter has been replaced it was replaced before the car sat. The air filter was replaced after the car was sitting. It has new spark plugs wires rotor and cap. All tested good. I also threw some mystery oil in the cylinders before I started the car the first time after it was sitting to hopefully help loosen up the rings.

My thoughts are running old fuel clogged the injectors, Faulty or failing fuel pump and fuel intake filter. Possible fuel line leak in the rear of the car no visible leak though. Possible dirty throttle body or map sensor.

Parts for this car relatively cheap but this car is a beater I don't want to put any more than I have to into it. So any thoughts on this issue would be appreciated.

Smell of gas is usually means the engine is flooding with gas. Could be a stuck injector. Fix the speed sensor and use a bottle of injector cleaner.
