Questions about rsx-S I’m looking to buy

Hey all, I have some questions about a rsx type s I’m looking to buy. Some things about it, it has 290,000kms, garage kept, full service history, one owner since new who his an elderly lady, car runs great and the body is mint. Now I have some concerns about the car, first of all she’s told me that she’s put in 87 it’s whole life (she didn’t know it needed 91), and she’s also told me it’s never seen over 5k rpm which I believe, my concern with that is how are the vtec actuators affected by that? And how badly has the 87 fuel affected the car? I’ve had some people say it’s a great buy and the 87 probably didn’t affect it too much because of the easy driving, and I’ve also had some people say it’s a pos and it’ll blow up after one pull so I’m just looking for some advice. Thanks!
