Icon5 Gauge lights not working?

Having some free time today I decided to tackle a problem that has been bothering me for a while. I have no lights for the tachometer, speedometer or climate controls. All the other lights are functioning, CEL, oil, amp, brake, hatch open, and turn signals all work as they should when they should. I took the cluster out and found the bulb behind the tachometer had failed. I'm hoping this will result in an open in the rest of the circuit and I can just replace the bulb and have lights again. Being Xmas day I can't just nip over to the store and get a new bulb to try, so I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone can shed any light on this issue? (no pun intended) If it's a deeper problem than just a dead bulb I'll probably just create a little harness that powers with the headlights separate from everything else and graft it in to the cluster. I can live without the climate control lighting, but having no tach or speedo lights at night is definitely annoying...

I started having a similar issue a couple years ago when I started using my ED7 (the last few years I'd only turn on the car every few months and sometimes go to the nearby gas station like 2 or 3 times a year), but my lights do end up turning on (gauge lights, climate control, clock dimming). At first, it could take anywhere from 5-15 mins, but this past year I was using it almost as a daily driver and my lights sometimes turn on instantly or after a few seconds, maybe 1 min. I'm not sure why it started having that issue, but it definitely was not a problem for me when it was my daily driver many years back. Sorry I couldn't provide you with a solution, but I'm definitely keeping my eye on this thread in case someone with a solution chimes in.

Try messing with the dimmer switch, I just had the same problem, replaced it and the lights worked again

That, and also check the ICU module behind the fusebox. When they go, weird stuff like this can happen. Mine had an burning electronics smell when it was going out and my dimmer control wouldn't work properly.
