Both u-joints are bad. Can the u joints just be replaced?
I can buy the B joint part number 53323-s04-003. Looks like the upper one comes with the column.
The caps look like they are shot peened in. I could cut the old joints out, not sure what to replace them with.

 

answer my self i found the answer. Honda wants 118 for the part. Junk yard plus time and drive part 18 1.5 hours total drive plus removal. the u joint is 16x40 9$. Bought the u joint. Ground out the peen tbas and tacked in place.
