Icon5 Problem with my Civic 1.6L VTI 1998

Hey, everyone! I'm new to the forum. I believe that the Civic VTI 1.6L from '98 wasn't sold in the U.S., but I think someone else might have faced this issue before. When I turn right, whether it's a sharp turn or not, a metal-like noise appears. For the last three months, my mechanic and I have explored every possible avenue to solve it. Initially, we thought it was the homokinetic joints, so we replaced both of them, but that didn't resolve the issue. We then looked into the engine mounts, but again, no solution was found. In addition to these, we tried several other fixes, but unfortunately, we haven't seen any results.

I'm willing to try whatever suggestions you guys have to offer in order to fix this problem.
