Default Major water leak

Everytime it rains, my front floor and my backseat floor carpet always puddles with water, I want to know the solution for it, is it a seal? Or somethig that I’m missing entirely? It seems to be coming from the engine bay but I can’t be sure, it also puddles up in my trunk but I’m not too sure if they both have one solution

Check sunroof drains if they are clogged or if they popped out, read on the TSB on the seam sealer issue from the firewall.

Those were the source of my two leaks from the front. My sunroof drain popped out after I replaced the antenna which caused a leak that I didn't realize. And my passenger side was leaking from the seam sealer cracking in several sections. So far no leaks.
